My Order Has a Defect. How Do I Submit a Claim?

Defective Parts & Claim Process

We strive to deliver high-quality parts that meet your expectations. If you believe your order has a manufacturing defect, please notify Amuse 3D within 14 days of delivery.

Before Submitting a Claim

Please do not sand, glue, paint, machine, or otherwise modify the parts. Claims can only be evaluated on parts in their original, as-delivered condition. Any modifications may prevent us from determining the root cause of the issue and could result in the claim being rejected.

What Qualifies as a Valid Claim?

Examples of valid claims include:

  • Parts that arrived broken, cracked, or damaged during transit.
  • Incorrect material, color, finish, or quantity supplied.
  • Manufacturing defects such as severe warping, layer separation, print failures, or surface defects outside normal process expectations.
  • Dimensional inaccuracies outside the specified tolerance for the selected manufacturing process and material. Supporting measurements using calipers or other appropriate inspection equipment may be required.

How to Submit a Claim?

Please contact Amuse 3D by replying to your order confirmation email or by emailing us at support@amuse3d.in.

To help us evaluate your claim quickly, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos showing the complete part
  • Close-up photos of the defect
  • For dimensional claims, clear photos of the measurements being taken with calipers or measuring equipment

What Happens Next?

Our quality team will review the information and may request additional details if required.

If the claim is found to be valid, Amuse 3D will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include the following:

  • Reprinting the affected parts
  • Repair or replacement of the parts
  • Partial or full refund, depending on the nature of the issue

We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any genuine manufacturing concerns as quickly as possible.
