Our integrated approach is a testament, specializing in the rapid production of 3D-printed and Injection moulded components under one roof. Our Story
Amuse 3D was founded in 2019 with one simple belief: great products deserve great manufacturing. We set out to help companies build high-quality, end-use plastic parts faster, more sustainably, and without compromising on quality. We believed additive manufacturing could change the way products are developed—and we still do.
As our customers grew, so did we. We expanded from rapid prototyping into production manufacturing, helping companies move from concept to serial production. Today, our expertise spans HP Multi Jet Fusion, CNC machining, and injection moulding, supporting industries from automotive and heavy engineering to consumer electronics and medical devices.
What started as a small vision has become one of the world's leading polymer additive manufacturing companies. From our 50,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility, we produce millions of production-grade parts each year for customers across 30+ countries, approximately 10 tonnes of printed parts. Yet our mission remains the same to earn our customers' trust by delivering exceptional quality, every single time.

Gowri Shankar Mehanathan
Shankar founded Amuse 3D with one simple belief: quality builds trust. As a gold medalist mechanical engineer and TU Munich graduate, he is passionate about helping companies move from idea to production through world-class manufacturing, honest partnerships, and a commitment to getting every part right.
Praveen Balaji Kalaiselvan
Praveen believes great design solves problems before production begins. As a mechanical engineer with expertise in product design and additive manufacturing, he has helped develop over 500+ products that balance innovation, performance, and manufacturability.
