What is Investment Casting?
Manufacturing parts from the molten metal using wax patterns is referred to as investment casting. Often called as lost-wax casting. This method is leveraged to create complex parts and high surface finish compared to any other casting process.
For investment casting, wax is traditionally manufactured by designing the tool for mold.
This tool is used to take wax patterns for investment casting and is highly scalable. Then wax patterns are assembled into tree structure based on machine capacity to enable series production.
