Since our inception, we have been aiding EarthFokus’ extraordinary mission of saving water through 3D Printing and design for manufacturing. 

 EarthFokus innovates and manufactures products that significantly impact the environment, starting from a wide range of water-saving nozzles that can be retrofitted onto standard taps. These save around 95% water and are made sustainably.

 Amuse’s vision of market advancement through sustainable manufacturing resonated well with EarthFokus. We have been trusted partners for all their manufacturing and prototyping requirements.

 After undergoing a series of design considerations and real-world testing, the product line comes out before reaching the consumer. EarthFokus flow nozzles are designed to perfection and have been tested extensively by SLA 3D Printing, which offers precision and accurate results. 3D Printing provides flexibility for batch production and pre-test the market. Once preliminary market testing is done, Amuse carefully understands the production volume and provides the best cost-effective solution for the long run.

What’s next in this collaboration?

 

We have been working for the past couple of months on a weight reduction project for water-saving shower models, which will launch soon in the market. Are you curious to know about the significance of weight reduction? 

 We concept-tested the model for 3D Printing and reduced the part weight by 20%. 3D Printing directly implied Carbon Footprint by at least a 30% reduction compared to the original design. We are currently assessing the design for injection molding, focusing on bringing this sustainable product to every household with EarthFokus.
