We (Amuse) began our journey in mid-2019 with the vision of revolutionizing sustainable manufacturing using Additive Manufacturing. We have been consistently working on delivering the highest customer satisfaction through relentless and innovative problem-solving approaches.
Our fruitful journey thus far is evident from our strong collaboration with various industries. While focusing on customer success, we had to investigate the proven processes which will help us scale our efforts.
We had to shortlist certifications widely lauded by industrial experts and add significant value to our startup.
We began with Startup India Accreditation by DPIIT – a flagship initiative of the Indian Government to build a robust ecosystem and build entrepreneurship in India. For a startup to get the certification, it needs to be scalable, innovative with employment and wealth creation.
After months of reiterating and redefining our business model through Pandemic times, we have only successfully obtained the certification in our second attempt in early 2021. Nevertheless, this acknowledgment remains close to our hearts as it reinforces the fact that we are heading in the right direction of continuous improvement.
Our growth phase is coupled with the standardization of processes. In the world of business, the standardization of specific procedures is inevitable. QMS certification ensures to eliminate guessing games and introduces global ISO certification procedures for standardization. After researching the various certification bodies, we have shortlisted IRQS – the first certification body in the Asia Pacific to have RvA. We are glad that we have chosen because of the high responsiveness to help our process get better.
We, amusing family members, are inducted to ISO philosophy by renowned IATF auditors. We got an excellent grip of the process and set up things more rigorously than before. Thanks to breathing space during the lockdown, which was efficiently leveraged to maximize the benefit for our customers.
Officially we got our certification in Jun 2021 for the next three years in the scope of DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, AND MANUFACTURING OF CUSTOM PLASTIC PARTS USING 3D PRINTING AND INJECTION MOULDING. We are thrilled to work closely with more industries to deliver the best outcomes.
