The global pandemic has severely affected the lives of many of us in different ways. A lot of superheroes are putting their lives on the front in battling against COVID-19.
We, at Amuse critically evaluated and understood the need for COVID-19 safety products for the frontline workers and general public. Amuse design team carefully considered the criticalities and came up with 3 products – Face Shield, Ear Strap, and Contactless Key which can benefit a lot.
Immediately after designing, we prototyped using FDM based 3D Printers. We iterated the design to arrive at the best lightweight, ergonomic, and easy to use products.
Quickly, we performed mould flow analysis and moved our production to injection moulding using medical-grade plastics. The final products can be sanitized and are biodegradable.
